No Refund Policy for Subscriptions

All subscription payments made to AtoChat are non-refundable. This applies to all subscription plans, including monthly, annual, and any other recurring payment models. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any portion of the subscription period.

Subscription Cancellations

While refunds are not provided, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, please send an email to [email protected]. Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing, and you will continue to have access to AtoChat services until the end of your current billing cycle. After the billing cycle ends, your subscription will not renew, and access to the services will be terminated.

Reasons for No Refunds

Our services are delivered as digital products, providing immediate access to our chatbot platform upon purchase. Due to the instant nature of service delivery and the associated costs, refunds are not feasible.
